Imperium Dynamics deployed their existing Power Platform-based product called Imperium Job Hazard Analysis and configured Veeco's requested surveys and settings to display safety-related warnings to field engineers as part of their daily task preparation process.

The Problem

The company had a paper-based safety protocol to determine 300 field engineers' safety conditions. Therefore, tracking compliance, configuring branching rules, and displaying warnings and action plans in case safety protocols still need to be implemented was a challenge. Hence, they wanted an efficient Power Platform solution to manage, track, and view the surveys filled by employees.

The Outcome

Imperium Dynamics customized its existing Imperium Job Hazard Analysis solution by configuring the company-requested surveys. It helped Veeco in assessing the safety conditions of field engineers and displaying them warnings like 'Stop Work' when a particular option is selected in the survey ensuring safety protocols are met, and accidents are prevented at the workplace. Moreover, the solution has multiple branching rules integrated to ensure the survey is relevant and customized to the field engineer filling it.

Apart from surveys, Imperium Dynamics enabled an additional feature in the Model Driven App for Part Number lookup and management. They created a database with Part Numbers, Spare codes, organization, and more for each part and enabled Part Number lookup from a Virtual Agent to return part details to the user. They further integrated it with Microsoft Teams and deployed a Virtual Agent so engineers could quickly access the info and place part orders.

Moreover, the solution has multiple branching rules integrated to ensure the survey is relevant and customized to the field engineer filling it.
