Summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions (LES) used third-party APIs to track key operational metrics such as truck routes, driver assignments, collection times, waste collected, and number of stops. The tracking worked well, but the data sat in a third-party fleet management system and on-premises virtual machines in an unstructured format. This made analysis and reporting difficult.

Imperium Dynamics built automated data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric to capture, map, and transform the data from the APIs and on-prem systems. We also set up alerts and logging through Outlook for better monitoring. More than 8 million rows of historical data were moved to Azure. This created efficient, accessible, and scalable storage for LES operations.
