Power Automate and Logic Apps are great tools to automate processes within a business and many a times we run into scenarios where we are required to send text messages to individuals. There are several ways to send a text message but in this article I’ll give a walk through on a connector that I recently used in a Power Automate, same steps can be used in Logic Apps.
To get started, we first need to go to https://powertextor.com/ , create an account, buy relevant plan and you’ll be able to see ‘API Keys’ in the left navigation.
Create an API key and save it somewhere as we will need that in a while. Now go to your Power Automate Flow and search for powertextor in the actions and select the action which says “Send a text (SMS) message”.
You will be asked give a name to your connection and the API key that you stored earlier. Now configure the “To” and “Text Message” fields and you are good to go.
