How to create sub-grid in model-driven app
First you would have lookup field for creating relation between one entity to another entity.
Like in this case,
I have Shipment lookup in Client entity.
What will be done first, we have to create view in the shipment entity and then create a form in the client entity, in this form; we will go to create sub-grid from grid option and check the related record option.
This will create a sub-grid in the client form on the basis of shipment view.
