Get Azure communication service (ACS) events using Power Automate

Overview

Azure communication services integrates with Azure event Grid to supply actual-time event notifications in a dependable, scalable and comfortable way. So for this purpose we have to first have to create the “Event Hub” on azure,

Then go to shared access policies and add one access policy, with manage send and listen and copy the any key from there which you will be using in making the connection from automate,

You can see or filter the events which you wants to receive from communication service in azure > your event > filters.
Check only the required event else you will be receiving unwanted events. Also you can enable advanced subject filtering to filter out the events

Create the connection in your PowerApps using the key in the event hub and use the event hub connection in power automate,

Note: it’s better to use connection reference inside flow rather than the connection.
