It is the most convenient solution for using different channels to market your events through mediums such as Email. This blog focuses on the importance of the Email Marketing and how convenient it is made with the Dynamics 365 Marketing application.
The Extensive Functionalities of Marketing Emails
Dynamics 365 is vastly known for its’ built in functionalities, similarly they have built this functional-heavy application that provides a lot of configurability options for sending marketing emails. Moreover, the drag and drop makes the configuration a lot easier! Below is the list of available options for the email component.
- Text: You can choose text type from the available elements. Add dynamic content such as the First and Last Names of the contacts to whom the email will be sent to. You can move the text box around as per preference.
- Graphics: Just similar to the text, drag and drop the graphic component in the email body and upload an image that should be in the email body.
- Button: Add a button in the email body and provide a redirect URL that should take the user to the external link.
- Apply backgrounds to images and style the font and color of the entire email. The customization options are vast that helps you match the organization’s branding and interact with the customers in a unique way. Make your emails standout from the others!
