Authorize to use WebAPI in the PowerApp Portals

While integrating webAPI in the power app portals, we need to authorize some of the things which allow us to use webAPI in the portals.

1- We need to give table permission in the portal management which allows us to use table in the portals.

Just like here, we are going to allow contact table, tell the website in which we are going to use this table. We are also defining what kind of privileges would be allowed to this table.

2- We need to allow web roles. We can add roles, just by click on add existing and add the required roles to which you want the table record or information to be seen.
We can select administrator, anonymous users, and authenticated users as per your requirement.

3- Go to site setting in the portal management and add new and fill the record as given below

This allows us to use webAPI for this table and then click new and fill record as below. That will allow using webAPI for this table and enables to use all the fields in the table.
