The Global Executive Board sits within the company’s senior leadership framework and has been established to support coordination across regions, standardize decision-making, and provide oversight on company-wide priorities.
The Board operates alongside the existing leadership team and introduces a formal global layer within the company’s leadership hierarchy. It is responsible for cross-regional alignment and execution across functions.
Members of the Global Executive Board will take on defined responsibilities in strategic planning, operational alignment, and performance oversight in addition to their current roles.
The Global Executive Board formalizes a global leadership layer and supports how decisions are coordinated and executed across regions.

The company’s broader leadership structure continues to include M, Sara Hou, Muhammad Ahsan, Sarah Pietruszka, and Abhishek Aggarwal, who remain responsible for overall organizational leadership and direction.
