In Power Textor Event reminders are notifications or alerts that prompt you about upcoming events, appointments, or tasks. They help ensure you don't forget important commitments by notifying you in advance, typically through email, pop-up notifications, or text messages.
Event Campaigns
Build out text message engagement campaigns for the events, make it easy for donors, sponsors, and attendees to register, receive event updates, and of course, remember to come out.
Navigate to the Event on the account dashboard and create a new event:
Send Event Reminders:
Keep remind them with reminder texts in the weeks and days leading up to the event.
Sending reminders gives you an opportunity to share announcements or logistical information, such as parking availability, ticket pickups, and social distancing protocols.
Navigate to the Reminders on account dashboard and create new reminder message
View Reminder History:
Track past and future reminder messages for all events from a central location.
Sent reminders show delivered and undelivered counts, while scheduled reminders show the potential reach of a message.
View which contact groups are receiving reminders to plan message schedules considerately.
Scheduled reminders can be edited or deleted from the reminders view.
Send Reminder Message To Groups:
Send text (SMS) message event reminder to multiple groups
Navigate to the reminder on account dashboard screen and create a new reminder Select a group , Group 1, group 2 and send them a reminder message.
